Function Hall

Please check availability on the calendar below. The maximum capacity is 150 people. Wheelchair access is possible in the Function Hall. Disabled toilet facilities are available in an adjacent building courtesy of BAE Systems.

Catering and Disco can be arranged if required. Note that paid bookings will take priority over weekly events from Monday to Wednesday.

Current Prices:

Friday Evenings: £210 (18:00 start)

Saturday Evenings: £260 (18:00 start)

                                               +£25 per hour for earlier start times.

Sunday to Thursday Evenings: £105

Additional fees for use of kitchen facilities.

There is plenty of free parking space available evenings and weekends in the car park opposite, courtesy of  BAE Systems and Hilsea Railway Station is very close by.
